CARAVAN HITS THE ROCKS

AREA 51’s creepy Caravan Of Lost Souls rubbed shoulders with some of metal’s heaviest heavyweights as Britain’s biggest hard rock hoedown exploded at Castle Donington. Igor Rasputin and his band of weirdos stormed the Download Festival alongside the likes of Guns N’ Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, Avenged Sevenfold, Marilyn Manson and Bullet For My Valentine.

AZURE A SURE FIRE MALDIVES HIT

CARAVAN OF LOST SOULS AT GLASTONBURY 2013

Area 51 vamped up Glastonbury Festival’s 40th anniversary with vaudevillian va-va-voom! The show-stopping travelling circus, the Caravan Of Lost Souls rolled into the festival’s theatre & circus arena for a string of shows that stunned revellers. The caravan is essentially a Victorian box-on-wheels that unfolds into a gloriously Gilliam-like stage set.

DYNAMO’S DASH OF TIKI IN DUBAI

After a riotously successful performance of Somnambu at Dubai’s World-famous Atlantis Hotel, the Area 51 think-tank had to serve up something really special 12 months later to stay fresh and innovative. And so was born Tiki – a brand new circus devised, produced and directed by Area 51’s Matt Page. It seemed like the perfect place to try out the new presentation!

RICOH CHRISTMAS CIRCUS

AREA 51 brought all the fun of the fair to a famous stadium venue by staging a brilliant Christmas circus inside it! Complete with stunning décor and props, the event at the Ricoh Arena on the outskirts of Coventry

They had the music, script, the idea for the most out-there storyline synthesised by the genius that is Devin Townsend and narrated by the Legendary Steve Vai, however, they needed one more piece of the puzzle, to seek out production company that had the tools to bring this show to life. They found their target and honed-in with laser precision onto Area 51.

CARAVAN’S GOLDEN SUCCESS AT ZOO

Igor Rasputin revamped his infamous Caravan Of Lost Souls for a children’s audience as part of Twycross Zoo’s 50th anniversary celebrations. And re-sculpting the kooky caravan into a family-friendly entertainment freak show for all was hailed a success as the spectacular Area 51 show was lauded by public and zoo staff alike during the milestone event at the Midlands attraction.
