The stunning island of Reethi Rah in the Maldives seemed to have “Gotham” all as iconic characters from both the Marvel and DC universes teamed up for a special week-long shindig in the Indian Ocean.

Batman, Superman, the Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Spiderman, Super Girl, Wonder Woman and The Joker descended on the paradise island in the North Malé Atoll and were joined by real-life Iron Man, Richard Browning, who soared above the azure lagoon with his jet-powered superhero suit to the amazement of all watching.

Guests at the luxury island resort celebrated Easter in style, taking part in innumerable activities involving the superhero characters including Easter egg hunts, and a variety of entertainment shows, acrobatic displays, gala dinners and much more besides

Cosplay star Tabitha Lyons was among the star performers and Area 51 gave its world debut for its brand-new Incredible Hulk costume which proved to be a huge success.
