EGG-CEPTIONAL EASTER IN THE EAST!

One of the world's most exotic fantasy island holiday destinations was given an egg-stra dimension of fantasia at Easter thanks to Area 51. Three tropical islands in the Maldives were given the full fairy-tale works as the dream worlds of Alice In Wonderland, Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory and Harry Potter were brought to life in the Indian Ocean utopia. And as if the spectacular locations of Amilla Fushi, Reethi Rah and Finolhu were not alluring enough, the additions of this triumvirate transfigured the tropical tract even further, leaving luxury holidaymakers in awe.

Sea turtles and manta rays swim in the crystalline waters where visitors can snorkel and relax in privacy and safety while enjoying tranquillity unparalleled.

Area 51 flew out a large team of entertainers to bolster the residential performers already based in Baa Atoll. Willy Wonka and his crew “invaded” Amilla Fushi while tourists at Finolhu were sent down the rabbit hole into the surreal world of Alice In Wonderland. Meanwhile, Visitors to Reethi Rah were treated to a Harry Potter themed extravaganza.

At all three locations, the 51 crews provided all-round family entertainment including Easter egg hunts, daytime activities and children’s fashion shows as well as walkabout routines and on-stage performances to high acclaim. Barrington Powell played the role of Wonka on Amilla Fushi while Luke D’Silva took on the guise of the Mad Hatter at Finolhu. Luke Williams personified the young wizard Harry Potter at Reethi Rah and all shows were ably supported by a generous cast of performers, dancers, circus acts and actors.
