MUMMIES

Horribly hilarious – raised from the Dead, these tomb-dwelling terrors are great fun for Halloween or Egyptian themed events. We’ve even sent our Mummies all the way to Dubai where they terrorised visitors for 6 weeks in a walkthrough experience we built in Ibn Battuta Mall.
If you’d like your Mummies even taller, then it would be a shame to disappoint. The firm’s hideous new supersized Mummies are now on offer so there’s truly no escape from the curse of the undead. Satisfaction guaranteed – or your Mummy back!

LONG ARMS

LONG ARMS Like something staggering in from a surrealist’s worst nightmare, these long-arm weirdos are almost impossible to categorise.  A walking art installation? These monsters come with red Pinstripe or black buckle-up suits, extra-long arms equipped with massively clawing hands and a tortured, twisted head. Probably not suited to your average kid`s birthday party as they`re bound to disturb, these oddball characters have a funny and freaky, walkabout style that’s been brilliantly received at festivals and in clubs that are looking for something a bit more, er, thought-provoking. And Area 51’s King Kong will drive you ape. This gigantic gorilla has been an Area 51 staple for a long time but remains one of the company’s most requested creations. It’s not hard to see why – at an impressive nine feet tall and almost as wide, having this amazing ape gate crash an event is a truly unforgettable sight. King Kong can come with his very own customizable stage show. Unveiling the beast in the traditional way can be arranged but the character is perfectly equipped to skip that and just go on to become a meet and greet attraction. A ringmaster can also be added to the package to help keep him from scaling local skyscrapers! Due to his size and manoeuvrability, King Kong may not be suitable for all venues – please enquire for more information. In one foul swoop this eye-catching gaggle can provide an ‘inducktion’ into beak-performance art! This fluffy flock can rival Donald, Daffy, Huey, Dewey and Louie, Daphne, Daisy, Count Duckula, Scrooge and Orville and keep their feathers well-oiled for a variety of uses. There are a number of ducks available and they’re perfect for avant garde walkabouts, flash mob PR stunts (they can turn up anywhere and hassle people for bread or, if you prefer, just simply go quackers) and can also do bizarre stage dance routines. For club stage shows the ducks can even launch giant “golden egg” balloons into the audience for “egg-stra” fun factor (sorry!). GIGER ALIENS

GIGER ALIENS Giger-inspired Aliens, based on the scariest movie-monster ever, these creations are terrifyingly realistic. Sporting very involved costumes that were costly to perfect, Aliens provide a never-to-be-forgotten experience for any event. They make for excellent statues on the door and are brilliant when combined with a squad of 51’s space marines. And if space allows, these stunning character creations are perfect in a darkened room filled with smoke and a couple of strobes before allowing guests to enter (at their peril). We also have a Digilegs variation for the full Dog-Alien effect – please see the video. STEAMPUG

STEAMPUG We like our puns at 51 – so we very much approve of this chap! Apparently, this human/dog hybrid came about as a result of a failed quest to perfect the first human teleportation… a bit like The Fly, but with fluffier results. As a result, our dog-faced doctor now produces all manner of infernal contraptions to help in his new obsession: the quest for the world’s largest bone; apparently one that belonged to a dinosaur (don’t tell him it will have turned to stone by now).
