Creating a marine themed entertainment extravaganza on the beach at an exclusive Maldives resort for a luxurious New Year’s Eve party, Area 51 designed and created exclusive costumes to accompany a lavish choreographed show.
With eye catching characters such as a sea siren and the Greek God of the ocean, Poseidon plus a wide-ranging team of performers that included Britain’s Got Talent star Billy George and his unique cyr wheel routines, the celeb audience was treated to stunning stints from contortionists, aerial display experts, mix and mingle entertainers and much more.
Initially providing a VIP invite-only pre-party show with interactive entertainers in action, the Area 51 troupe then staged a spectacular show of bespoke choreographed routines and costumes that were designed specifically for the event the open-air show was held on an alluring beach.
In-house make up specialist Emma Fay was part of the Area 51 team and provided simply stunning looks for all entertainers who took part in the production which was topped off with a brilliant fireworks display at midnight on New Year’s Eve itself.
Jason Maverick, one of the entertainers, stayed on after the December 31 shindig to stage a special extra show to celebrate the Orthodox New Year.
