YETI

There’s nothing abominable about Area 51’s Legendary Yeti: Our giant cuddly Rock Star has travelled the World – even starring in a DVD by glam-pop stars Scissor Sisters who he performed with on tour and at London’s Royal Albert Hall!

Although not actually on stilts, the Yeti is nine-foot-tall and six-foot-wide, so he might as well be! Boasting jointed mechanical construction, this is an incredible outfit: We’d say, pound-for pound, our most popular character – especially with the ladies who just love to hug the huge teddy bear.

The yeti is especially effective when used with a handler and is superb when accompanied by a team of snow-bound bonkers mountaineers.

FAT SUPERHEROES

FAT SUPERHEROES Larger than life, Fatty Batman and Supersized Superman, offer a fun alternative to those seeking superheroes to star at their event! These two classic superheroes have taken on a whole new persona thanks to Area 51’s twisted joie de vivre. Not only have they grown a couple of feet, they’ve also bulged out a few dress sizes! Brilliant for any occasion with tongues planted firmly in cheek – kids and so-called grown-ups equally love them, and clubbers have been known to collapse on their knees in fits of hysterical laughter when this distended duo have been spotted giving it large on the dance floor. KING KONG

KING KONG Behold, the Eighth Wonder of the World! And Area 51’s King Kong will drive you ape. This gigantic gorilla has been an Area 51 staple for a long time but remains one of the company’s most requested creations. It’s not hard to see why – at an impressive nine feet tall and almost as wide, having this amazing ape gate crash an event is a truly unforgettable sight. King Kong can come with his very own customizable stage show. Unveiling the beast in the traditional way can be arranged but the character is perfectly equipped to skip that and just go on to become a meet and greet attraction. A ringmaster can also be added to the package to help keep him from scaling local skyscrapers! Due to his size and manoeuvrability, King Kong may not be suitable for all venues – please enquire for more information. GIGER ALIENS

GIGER ALIENS Giger-inspired Aliens, based on the scariest movie-monster ever, these creations are terrifyingly realistic. Sporting very involved costumes that were costly to perfect, Aliens provide a never-to-be-forgotten experience for any event. They make for excellent statues on the door and are brilliant when combined with a squad of 51’s space marines. And if space allows, these stunning character creations are perfect in a darkened room filled with smoke and a couple of strobes before allowing guests to enter (at their peril). We also have a Digilegs variation for the full Dog-Alien effect – please see the video.
