TRANSFORMERS

Towering Transformer robots standing at ten feet tall, these superb sci-fi creations are a sizzling addition to the Area 51 regiment of robots.

They gained national recognition starring in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ TV show. Each costume also comes equipped with LED lighting, making sure they’re as visible as possible.

With built-in stomping sound effects, the Transformer is perfect for daytime performances including walkabouts, shopping centre performances and corporate events. They can perform individually but are best seen as a pair.

Robots can be branded or coloured to suit specific promotional campaigns – or even adapted for even more fun and games.

As examples, Area 51 added a bobble head to create a Trump-Former for Secret Garden Party, and a (Lewis) Ham-Former for the British Formula 1 Grand Prix.

STEAMPUNKS

STEAMPUNKS All hail the Steam Punks - that beautiful sub-genre where olde worlde meets sci-fi, the pre-Victorian take on futuristic if you like; Sci-Fi in an H.G. Wells' style. We’ve numerous twists on the Steam Punk genre – and have even created full scale circuses in its honour. There are lots of moving mechanical gizmos - of course – and we suggest you check out the fully operational wings (not that we’d recommend jumping off a pier, old chap). With their bowler hats and tailcoats combined with an arsenal of exotic weaponry and gadgetry, there’s a whole army of Steampunk'd characters to fit fantastically into many themes - both male and female characters on stilts (or off!) plus their trusty sidekicks, the steampunk chimps! And don’t forget Steam Pug – he gets a whole page to himself! STEAMPUG

STEAMPUG We like our puns at 51 – so we very much approve of this chap! Apparently, this human/dog hybrid came about as a result of a failed quest to perfect the first human teleportation… a bit like The Fly, but with fluffier results. As a result, our dog-faced doctor now produces all manner of infernal contraptions to help in his new obsession: the quest for the world’s largest bone; apparently one that belonged to a dinosaur (don’t tell him it will have turned to stone by now). FEMALIENS

FEMALIENS Truly other-worldly, these ethereal characters feature incredibly detailed armour and elaborately carved LED wings, together with a foam latex alien head. Totally designed and built in house (of course), we’ve pushed the boat out to design something uniquely different, and very magical with the new Femaliens. They are a perfect blend of fantasy and futurism and perfectly suits a variety of themes. QUETZ

QUETZ This glow-bird hybrid is based on Native American dance costumes and aims to raise the vibe on the dance floor by attracting energy and directing it into the crowd. Quetz stands at nearly 10ft tall with real feather wings and mohawk lit by super bright LEDs and authentic pheasant plumes so he's a pretty cool sight to see and dance with. Now with pyros rigged to his hands for extra cool factor. This amazing creature has featured at the Burning Man Festival among others.
