STEAMPUG
We like our puns at 51 – so we very much approve of this chap!
Apparently, this human/dog hybrid came about as a result of a failed quest to perfect the first human teleportation… a bit like The Fly, but with fluffier results.
As a result, our dog-faced doctor now produces all manner of infernal contraptions to help in his new obsession: the quest for the world’s largest bone; apparently one that belonged to a dinosaur (don’t tell him it will have turned to stone by now).

GIGER ALIENS
GIGER ALIENS Giger-inspired Aliens, based on the scariest movie-monster ever, these creations are terrifyingly realistic. Sporting very involved costumes that were costly to perfect, Aliens provide a never-to-be-forgotten experience for any event. They make for excellent statues on the door and are brilliant when combined with a squad of 51’s space marines. And if space allows, these stunning character creations are perfect in a darkened room filled with smoke and a couple of strobes before allowing guests to enter (at their peril). We also have a Digilegs variation for the full Dog-Alien effect – please see the video. INTELLY GENTS
INTELLY GENTS Switch on and get clued up to the most ingeniously hi-tech but quirky walkabout characters – those terribly British robots, the Intelly Gents. Featuring cameras fitted to their helmets broadcasting what they see directly to their own TV screens, the Intelly Gents (and ladies!) can switch between live images and pre-recorded footage that plays on another channel. But there’s no end to the flexibility of these characters and they’ve successfully appeared as DJs, initially making their light-hearted debut at the world-renowned Glastonbury Festival. The Intelly Gents form an integral part of Area 51's robot and LED range of entertainers. Hyperdrive engaged, they've performed on behalf of MTV Russia, at Bestival, Sci-Fi Weekender and even in Richard Branson’s back garden! QUETZ This glow-bird hybrid is based on Native American dance costumes and aims to raise the vibe on the dance floor by attracting energy and directing it into the crowd. Quetz stands at nearly 10ft tall with real feather wings and mohawk lit by super bright LEDs and authentic pheasant plumes so he's a pretty cool sight to see and dance with. Now with pyros rigged to his hands for extra cool factor. This amazing creature has featured at the Burning Man Festival among others.
