HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE

The horsemen of the apocalypse may be seen by some as a terrifying sign from the Bible of the impending “end times” but here at Area 51 these eerie equestrians are easily among our favourite characters.

And although they may be the physical incarnations of the forces of man’s self-destruction, 51’s postilion of pestilence, dragoon of death, rider of famine and jockey of famine are a joy to have appear at any shindig, large or small… but really come into their own on Halloween.

STEAMPUG

STEAMPUG We like our puns at 51 – so we very much approve of this chap! Apparently, this human/dog hybrid came about as a result of a failed quest to perfect the first human teleportation… a bit like The Fly, but with fluffier results. As a result, our dog-faced doctor now produces all manner of infernal contraptions to help in his new obsession: the quest for the world’s largest bone; apparently one that belonged to a dinosaur (don’t tell him it will have turned to stone by now).
