Little Bo Beep may have lost her sheep – but this party found plenty of magic to make up for it!
Set against the beautiful countryside backdrop of Bo Beep Farm in rural Oxfordshire, Area 51 helped transform an exclusive private corporate celebration into a living enchanted forest, blending mythology, glamour and immersive performance to create an unforgettable occasion.
Hosted at the stunning Dovecote Barn, a characterful Grad II listed venue known for its exposed brickwork, oak beams and sweeping rural views near Banbury, the setting proved the perfect canvas for an evening of fantasy-inspired entertainment.
To bring the woodland dreamscape to life, Area 51 supplied a carefully curated cast of ambient performers designed to surprise and delight guests throughout the duration of the event. Elegant fauns, gliding through the area on their astonishing digileg stilts, brought mythological wonder to the celebration, their presence blurring the line between fantasy and reality.
Adding another layer of atmosphere were Area 51’s beautiful hanging archway while guests could also encounter one of the company’s latest – and most talked about – creations, the glamorous Peacockettes. These stylish hostess-styled characters, dressed in striking peacock feather-inspired costumes brought another dimension of colour and contemporary elegance to this corporate bash.
For guests drawn to something a little more mystical, Area 51 also introduced a tarot card reader to instil an extra touch of intrigue and esoteric charm to the enchanted surroundings.
The response? An overwhelming success.
With guests immersed in a world of woodland glamour and fantasy, Area 51 once again demonstrated their ability to take a simple event brief and elevate it into something that was visually rich, highly memorable and entirely transportive.
