A myriad of magical costumes, props and stage sets from Area 51 helped transform a high profile circus in the heart of London into a stunning spectacle that wowed thousands of revellers.

Intricate costume design and an evocative stage set was at the heart of Zippo's Cirque Beserk production staged at the Winter Wonderland event held in Hyde Park in the UK capital over a seven-week period.

With a theme of deconstructed fairy tales, the Area 51 design and tech team were allowed to once again unlock their imagination and come up with a stunning set of pieces for what was an adrenaline driven circus show which was directed by Area 51's Matt Page.

The Lucius motorcycle team were among the stars of a show that also incorporated the astonishing Zulu acrobatic troupe and a number of excellent eye-catching performers. Area 51's Caravan of Lost Souls was incorporated into the stage set design.

Completing the Area 51 make over treatment was an enchanted woodland setting which was sited at the circus entrance to set the tone for arriving spectators so they were aware they were entering a magical realm for a memorable experience.
