Hefty efforts to heighten the horror at Hallowe'en have been given a huge boost...quite literally!
Area 51's oversized Oogie Boogie Man character is set to make a collosal impact during this year's scary-season revellery. Towering high above members of the public, he makes a specially-spooky spectacle during this year's spree of spectres and all things that go bump in the night
The sadistic and sinister character from Tim Burton's 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' has been fashioned in the Area 51 workshop ready to feature at the Secret Party Hallowe'en bash held at Swannick near Derby on Saturday October 29 before then being a star attraction at TV star Jonathan Ross' party two days later.
Oogie Boogie Man will terrify the party set at the Secret Party Project's acclaimed 'Haunted House Of Horrors' at Butterley Grange, an event that has the reputation of being among the scariest of all Hallowe'en hoe-downs in Britain.
TV personality Jonathan Ross stages an annual "open house" event at his own property in London for local children to enjoy Hallowe'en and Area 51 have been asked to step in to help make the event suitably fun-packed for children of all ages. The Oogie Boogie man will be chasing after some of the party guests inside a phantasmagorical maze that has been created especially for the bash.
In the famous 1993 movie Oogie lives in an underground lair that is rammed full of torture devices, making the character genuinely scary.
